Once the order is placed by the end consumer/buyer, information is given to the Merchant / Seller. Once the order is confirmed the seller is required to neatly pack the ordered products and wait for the delivery partner to deliver the products to the buyer/consumer.

The Pick Up and Drop Off Services are arranged and provided by the Merchant /Seller and Verce Solutions does not have any liability over the same. The Merchant / Seller agrees that Verce Solutions will not assume any responsibility or liability for any form of act, omission to act, services provided, quality or deficiency of services regarding sale and delivery of the products.

Verce endeavors to show availability and estimated delivery time for every order, however, does not guarantee the delivery within the said time, since the exact delivery time of each order may vary due to various factors such as availability of riders from third party delivery service providers, demand, traffic and weather conditions, a force majeure event, etc,.

The delivery of the products will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer while placing the order for the Products on the Platform. Buyers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and, if applicable, further instructions for delivery. The Merchant/Seller shall not be responsible for any delay in delivering the order placed by Buyer on the Platform caused due to the incorrect or incomplete address provided by Buyer.

The delivery service is provided through third-party delivery service providers. The third-party delivery service providers will ordinarily make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the order at the address provided by the buyer. If the buyer requests to leave a delivery unattended at an address, buyer expressly disclaims the Merchant/Seller from all the liabilities which may arise by virtue of the Products being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, and the result of any change in temperature of the items which need to be kept chilled or frozen.

Store Pickup- Instead of delivering a package to any address, buyers can also pick up orders directly from the Merchant’s store. At the store, buyers can present a valid token number for verification and collect the order.
