In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
The orders that have already been shipped out will not be canceled in accordance with this policy. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Verce Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and accept Verce’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement if preparation has not yet begun.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.
- Canceled orders will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
